Tips from me to you
So I just got home from having some full body scans done. They had to inject this dye into me, and the past couple weeks I’ve been having blood tests a lot… anyway, long story short, if similar shit ever happens to you*, I figured that everything goes so much faster if you recite lyrics of ATL (or your band of choice) songs one by one.
And then everything just gets so much funnier, because in reality you’re having needles and shit, but in your head, unbeknownst to anyone, you’re just singing Stella or Dancin’ and you’re just like
Haha trust me, it helps.

Zack: Like, several times hahaha
Do you guys ever get fed up with each other?
Rian: I don’t know if we’re the luckiest four dudes in the world because we do get along… I don’t know if we’ve figured out some sort of social chemistry on how to not piss each other off. Honestly we’ve never really had like a blow out. We’ve never really had a real fight. All our fights are stupid stuff… like Alex being late, or Alex doing something wrong, or Alex-
Zack: Yeah-
Jack: Or Alex-
Alex: It’s not always me.
Rian: Or Alex-
Alex: Let’s not go there.
Rian: I don’t know. I think early on we kind of helped shape each other into maturity and we all have that deep mutual respect for one another that we just know that if Alex is in a bad mood to stay away from him, or you know, to give him some space-
Jack: Or if Alex-
Alex: I’m right here guys.
Rian: Or if Alex hasn’t done his hair, don’t talk to him. If Alex hasn’t talked to you in the past two hours, you can’t make eye contact. If Alex is-
Alex: I hate all of these three guys.
Zack: They usually never see me anyways
Alex: The biggest thing is we’ve been a band for ten years so at this point we feel like family. You get in fights with your family, you argue with your brothers and sisters-
Jack: You stand over Alex with a knife while he sleeps
Alex: - It never fully tears you apart. So I think that’s a big thing, to know that this is a family and we’re never going to let any small-time drama break that.
Jack’s leg hair
Mod Sun: I just read that a look for this summer is for guys to trim our leg hair and keep it groomed.
Alex: WHAT?
Modsun: So I did it, I did it, can I show you? It’s growing back a little bit, but I was a hairy mother fucker. So I shaved it. And I’m feeling good about it. I’ve got to tell you, I’m feeling good about it! I’m feeling good about it, man!
Jack: No razor could withstand my leg hair…
